3:30 PM – Briefing on the importance of mandatory items by MMTF RD Ewegene
Venue – TBC
4:30 pm – Run around the Taiping lake or nearby trail
6 pm – free and easy

5- Dec Sunday
700 AM Meet up at trail head
7:30 AM Briefing on the trail & safety
7:45 AM Route test (25 km MMTF)
11:30 AM End
