It was a great Trail Run Clinic organized by Team Malatra on 23 Feb 2019 at Gunung Pulai, Johor. Great turnout from southern trail run fans.
Team Malatra, headed by the founder Razif Yahya and supported by Hutan Ration and Natura has attracted 50 trail runners from Johore and Singapore.
Malatra elite runners shared their experience on running and their nutrition strategy. As part of Team Malatra sponsor,Hutan Ration gave out free samples to all the participant. The clinic emphasized in nutrition as an important part in runners training strategy.
Jeff Budin, Man Kidall, Izzah, Fadz Dian and Huzairi of Team Malatra came down to be with the runners and it was a great opportunity for trail runner fans to get tips from them.
Gunung Pulai served as a great venue and beautiful training ground. Thus, its not hard to see why this place is a favorite for outdoor and trail run fans from Johore and Sinapore.
